Please find below a flyer for a one day seminar on how to
make collaborative working and partnerships more focused, effective
and streamlined. The seminar will be facilitated by Greengage
Consulting and will draw up on recent work in The Lancashire
Partnership and best practice from elsewhere to increase the impact
of partnerships.
The seminar is the culmination of work in Lancashire to assess
the essential operating principles of effective partnerships given
the changing landscape for local government and other
partners. A draft paper on breakthrough partnerships is
available for comment. A detailed case
study covering the Lancashire partnership will be
available at the beginning of September.
