Greater Manchester Strategy
Co-ordinator
AGMA's Wider Leadership Team has approved the creation of a
Greater Manchester Strategy Co-ordinator post to support Sir Howard
Bernstein in his role as Chair of the AGMA Strategy Management
Group, in the delivery and further development of the Greater
Manchester Strategy.
You will have an in-depth knowledge of the key policy issues
affecting the success of the City Region and the role of the
Statutory City Region in addressing the issues. Proven ability to
display strong, visible and positive leadership and teamworking
skills to develop and manage complex partnerships and to build
positive working relationships will also lead to success in this
role.
Cheshire and Warrington Improvement and Efficiency
Partnership
Project Manager
The CWIEP-funded Public Sector Carbon Management Project is
seeking to appoint a Project Manager, initially until June
2010.
The post holder will be required to manage various projects
identified by the partnership and take the lead in developing and
implementing a Carbon Reduction/Sustainability Strategy. The post
is funded through the Cheshire & Warrington Improvement and
Efficiency Partnership (CWIEP) initially upto the end of June 2010.
The Project Manager will be responsible for developing next year's
(July 2010 to June 2011) funding programme, including detailed
business cases major collaborative initiatives. It is anticipated
that the project managers role will be extended to cover this
period.
