reports from Total Place, Deborah Lewis, IDeA, discusses how
to take the learnings from Total Place and use them
to maintain and improve frontline services in the face of 'the
most drastic financial squeeze in a generation' in "Taking
Total Place Forward from Pilots to Mainstream".
