An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 3 month secondment or
fixed term contract, commencing in June 2010 with NWIEP. In
line with our ethos of sector-led improvement and commitment to
collaboration, a key member of our team is about to commence a 3
month secondment with a Local Authority in the North West. We would
therefore like to extend a reciprocal opportunity.
The North West Improvement and Efficiency Partnership
(NWIEP):
- Provides support for local authorities and partners to take
responsibility for and drive forward improvement and efficiency
savings
- Co-ordinates support provided by other regional and national
agencies
- Supports innovation and the sharing of good practice
- Assists councils to tackle poor performance through tailored,
well-orchestrated support
We realize this through sector-led support in the form of
training, conferences and events, good practice guides, direct
support to and from other authorities and by investing in activity
that will lead to improvement and efficiency in local public
services.
