Adult Social Care Efficiency Programme

The Adult Social Care Efficiency Programme is part of the LGA's
wider Productivity Programme and is seeking to engage with up
to 15 local authorities in 2011-12.
The programme's objective is to help councils take forward their
efficiency and transformation agendas.
The programme will work with participants over a two-year period
to support them to refine and develop the comprehensive efficiency
/ change approaches required to deliver the savings authorities
need to make to meet the challenges of reduced funding, demographic
pressures and personalisation.
