The NWIEP has fostered and promoted the nation of self-help
across its public sector partners throughout its three year
tenure.
Now in this, our fourth 'transitional' year, that approach is no
different.
Building on the three years' activities by the NWIEP, the
Improvement and Efficiency Networks are in a unique position to be
able to offer real, dedicated support on the ground to the public
sector during these difficult times, not only to deliver best value
services for their communities but also to create a sustainable
solution that will continue to deliver benefits.
The CLASP Programme will also continue thoughtout the
Transitional Year
Prior to this NWIEP had three region-wide thematic
